Accounts and billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or billing portal. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Acceptable monitoring
You may only monitor publicly accessible web pages. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of CompetitorWatch complies with the terms of service of any third-party websites you monitor. We do not support monitoring content behind authentication or paywalls.
Intellectual property
All content, software, and technology provided by CompetitorWatch are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the URLs and monitoring configurations you create.
Limitation of liability
CompetitorWatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including missed alerts, incorrect changes, or data loss.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the dashboard.
